Right of withdrawal and return
We offer a total of 30 days of open purchase. Return shipping is included, contact us via email or phone (see footer) to receive a return label. Provide your order number. Refund will be made as soon as we have received the goods and checked them. In the event of damage or if something is missing in the return shipment, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the amount paid back.
Warranty
We guarantee the product's functionality for three years from the date of delivery.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
If you, as a consumer, believe that your product is faulty, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with the provisions of the Konsumentköplagen. In Sweden, you have the right to file a complaint for up to 3 years. You must report the defect within 2 months of discovering it. If you wait longer, you may lose your right to complain about the product.
If you wish to file a complaint, please contact our customer service using the contact details in the footer. To facilitate handling, please include your order number and a description of the defect.
If we are unable to resolve the dispute together, you have the right to contact Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN). We comply with Swedish law.
